Top-up your Cashless wristband
The only method of payment at the festival

Your wristband is an electronic wallet made up of a chip that stores your money. You can pay for everything from food and drink to merchandising.
If you top up online, you won’t have to ask for a refund of the remaining amount as it will be automatic and free of charge.

Exchange your ticket for the wristband

Before entering the venue, you must exchange your 3-Day Pass or Day Ticket for the official wristband at the designated point at the entrance to Caja Mágica.
Pick-up times are:
Friday 20 and Saturday 21: 4:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- You won’t be able to access the venue without your wristband.
- Wristbands will be handed out individually upon presenting your ticket.
- Wristbands cannot be collected from another person.
- Wristband must be worn at all times.
How to get to Cája Magica
To get to KALORAMA Madrid, we strongly recommend using public transport – it’s the easiest, most convenient and sustainable option.
SPECIAL BUS SERVICE
A special night bus service will be running during the festival to help you get back home:
Extended hours: from 1:30 AM to 3:00 AM
Frequency: every 10 minutes
Extended line: SE791 Plaza de Legazpi – Caja Mágica
Bus departure point: from Calle Embajadores (check the location here)
